My name is Lourdes, and I'm 26. I am living out of my van in California. My van is my home and my transportation to work, and it is no longer running.

I think it needs a new water pump, but it's very old and rusty, and two of the bolts broke off.

So, I'm using what money I have left to stay in a hotel that I can afford, but it's not close to a bus line to get to work.

Long story short, I need to fix my van or get another used car. Whatever option is more affordable.
