Loretta update:

There’s SO much to this story but I’ll keep jt breif. Through my last post I figured out she has a power of attorney who has been helping her along the way. That being said, her second court date was today. I’m out of town but her power of attorney took her to court and unfortunately Legal Aid of East TN wasn’t able to represent her. There’s nothing we can do about getting her house back in her name but she wants to continue living there. She owes backdated rent of $2800 and has to pay that by 1/06. I’m starting a GoFundMe to get current on rent and help her with some future rent if we reach enough. It feels like accepting defeat but at this point, options are limited. I really do appreciate you all keeping up with this and sharing your anger, sympathy, suggestions, resources, etc.
