Assist Liz in Repairing Goldie Before Her Birthday

Hi. I'm Liz. My birthday is in a little less than a month. I have a wish for my birthday. I'd like it to be a good day, without the stress of my life pressing down on me. That's a big ask, I know. The last few years haven't exactly been a cake walk.

In 2012, a year into my marriage, my husband found out he was sick, four years later he almost died, and lost his leg. Four years after that, he passed away, as did my mother. During that time, I was also heavily involved in animal rescue and had many furry babies to take care of. While I found homes for most, when my husband died, I was left caring for the ones I still had on my own. It was a struggle financially. I was also left with massive debt, and a hundred year old house in disrepair. I was in the process of raising money to build a shelter for my animals when one night, in the early morning hours, my house caught fire and burned down. I lost everything, including the animals. I was and still am devastated by it. Thanks to many wonderful people, some I know personally, some kind strangers, I was able to mostly get back on my feet.

Now, I remain a struggling artist. I am happy in this choice, but it is not without its downsides. The biggest downside is constantly being worried about money. My car, Goldie, is 16 years old. She's a little gold Corolla, but a big ol' monster truck at heart. We've been through flooding, and hurricane-force winds, as well as blizzards. She's been hit by golf ball sized hail, and I've replaced a good portion of her parts. She's a lot like me really. Not much to look at, and getting old, but tough as nails and reliable.

So here's the deal. Goldie needs repairs, some A.S.A.P., I've got a license plate to renew and an inspection to get. In order to do those two things, I have taxes to pay and repairs to make. Can you help me take care of these things before my birthday? Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
