Hi I’m starting this go fund me for my sister in law Liz. Many of you know what a kind and caring person she is, always making sure to make it to everyone’s events and help out whenever she can. About a month ago Liz had what she thought to be a simple cold and headache, turned out to be meningitis causing seizures and headaches. She was hospitalized for a week and had to come home to stay with us because she needs to use a walker, can’t drive or do stairs, can’t work, and can’t fully care for her 6 mth old Georgia! Liz has applied for her short term disability and was denied due to issues with the process. She is unable to work and her household income went from 2 person to 1 with a baby to care for. It is unknown the length of her recovery due to further testing and treatments needed to be done. Please help us help Liz out with her bills until she can get the therapy she needs and gets back on her feet and to work, she deserves the kindness of others in this time of need.
