While camping in Cade’s Cove, late on the night of March 31st, Linda experienced a brain bleed related to a previously unknown tumor between her brain and skull. The tumor was successfully removed at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, but complications followed, leading to a second surgery.

Linda is currently considered stable, but the road ahead still has many, many unknowns.

Dave is currently staying in an extended stay hotel in Knoxville, spending most of his time at the hospital.

The hope of this fundraiser to assist the family with the costs associated with an ongoing stay for Dave in Knoxville, away from home in North Carolina.

His weekly costs involve mostly hotel, food, and gas costs.
