Larry B. Cooley a/k/a Papa Cooley

Hi everyone, my name is Mary Kay Cooley. I lost my beloved Husband Larry suddenly on May 18, 2024 after hip replacement surgery where he contracted MRSA. The MRSA spread to all his organs very rapidly. He underwent 2 open heart surgeries soon after his kidneys shutdown & he was put on dialysis. Larry remained sedated for 16 days. His body was in the process of developing gangrene in which they would have to start removing his fingers & toes. The doctors advised us that if ever did recover he would have to live the rest of his life in a nursing home. I’ve been in a couple of nursing homes & I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. As you all or most of you all know that I’m not well myself. Right now I’m bedridden & this was the worst time for me to lose my Husband after 38 1/2 years of marriage.

So please my family and friends kindly help my 3 wonderful Sons cremate my Husband & their Father.
