My name is Larry Benzenhafer. I ruptured my Achilles tendon in my right foot. I've had surgery and will be off work the rest of the year. I work for the state so my FMLA will save my job but I only have 121 hrs left to get paid for before I will have no money coming in til after I can get back to work after the first of the year. Rent won't be able to made or monthly utilities either. Any help would be very much appreciated
