Assist Kelly Blodgett After Her Mom's Passing

Hello all, I’m Mary Ellen Gregory, and I have a story to tell. And it’s not a good one, but hopefully sharing this will help turn things around for the better. It’s about a long-time friend of mine, Kelly Blodgett. She is like the younger sister I never had.

She is a great friend; extremely loyal, trustworthy, caring, and always seems to hear everything I’m saying even with umpteen distractions in the background. She is also an unbelievable mom of 3, the youngest being just 2 months, and fur mom to, let’s just say, many. And lastly, Kelly is a wonderful daughter and only child. Her dad passed away unexpectedly when she was a mere 12 years old.

And now, her mom, Linda Hines, has recently succumbed to an illness that was diagnosed just 2 short weeks ago.

The family is devastated, not knowing what lies ahead, and Kelly has to put on her warrior face, take care of the kids, the house, the bills, all of it. She lived with her mom, and also mom’s boyfriend of many years, Ernie. Ernie is currently in a nursing facility with dementia. Kelly is now caring for his needs as well, since Linda is no longer with us.

Kelly is unsure of future expenses as her mom, Linda, had been the sole source. She’s had to make arrangements to fulfill her mom’s dying wishes, all while keeping it together for her family.

Any amount that you can give to help burden some of the expenses for Kelly and her family would be greatly appreciated. She would do it for me, and I know she would do it for you if given the chance.
