Assist Katlyn's Family During This Heartbreaking Time

It is with a heavy heart I come to you during loss and heartbreak for my dear sister-in-law, Katlyn Childers' family.

Katlyn’s father, John Warix, was diagnosed with stage 3 esophageal cancer back in 2019. He had been in remission for 5 years. Unfortunately, it came back with a vengeance, and he passed at 5:46 pm on 2/19.

Anyone that knows Katlyn, her brother Jonathan, and stepmom Chrissy, knows how very much he meant to them as well as his grandchildren Maddie and Trevor.

John was a cherished and loved grandpa, father, husband, and friend. He meant so much to his family as well as many others that he and his wife took in over the years.

With the unfortunate and unexpected expenses that Katlyn and her husband Jordan accrued during Jordan’s own health issues the past couple of years, the financial burden of these funeral expenses is straining their already broken hearts.

The feeling of peace, now knowing that John is no longer suffering, does not make the situation any less hard to deal with.

Please keep Katlyn and the Warix/Childers family in your prayers and, if possible, help Katlyn give her beloved father a final resting place and help him be at peace.
