Multiple Critical Family Health Crisis An on-going Battle

I'm Rosemary, Judy's classmate since elementary school. We all go through difficult times; for some of us there may be extremely difficult times. The past year has been that way for Judy and her adult son. Judy's son has a seizure disorder and the past year, medicine's have not been effective. Her son fell while seizing and sustained fourth-degree burns from a heating vent. It resulted in a grafting surgery this winter. Back in the hospital now, he recently was put in an induced coma and on breathing apparatus. All along, Judy has stood by him during his emergencies and hospital stays. Did I mention Judy also had cancer and has had her own surgery this past year? When it rains it pours, and in December, her car was totaled. She's had to travel from Dutchess County to Westchester and NYC many times for both their treatments. On top of all these struggles, her employer let her go due to her many emergencies that necessitated she leave work.

If you are able, can you help out my friend, brave Judy, a devoted mama and very tired friend? The money you donate will go to help Judy with all her added expenses from traveling and staying at the hospitals (and I am twisting her arm to get to a hotel once in a while for a good night's sleep), and for their healthcare needs and living expenses. Update: Judy and I are so grateful for this outpouring, for your generosity. After 14 hours she saw that there was an outpouring and said, "I feel humbled" and back at Aron's bedside she was concerned about contacting each donor to express her gratitude. After being in the coma, and on intubation for 2 weeks, Aron had to have a surgery in his trachea so he could breathe. He did well Friday and was without breathing support for a few hours. He was able to talk in a whisper. Tracheotomies can damage the voice box so please keep him in thoughts and prayers for complete healing, and also that an effective treatment for his seizures is determined soon.
