Hi, my name is Joshua Horton. I am trying to raise funds so my wife and I can take our daughter's ashes and my mom's ashes down to VA Beach and take them out into the ocean to spread them. That was my daughter's and mom's wish—to be set free in the ocean.

My daughter died in a car accident 3 years ago, and a year later, my mom died from complications from her having stage 4 breast cancer and being on treatment for that. She ended up getting COVID pneumonia.
