My name is Josh, though I'm also known by Glacier or Raine Omni in various communities. I'm asking help to assist in paying the down payment for a surgery to remove a large mass (either a lipoma or ganglion cyst, currently unable to tell just from the mri) from my leg. It started forming a few years ago after an accident on an electric scooter, and over the past year has drastically increased in pain and pressure on my peroneal nerve. Even after physical therapy there isn't much of a difference in pain, so we are going forward with surgery. The hospital set the estimate around $11,500. I am not asking or expecting that much, but would like to ask for some assistance in raising around $3000 to cover a down payment so I can set up a payment plan with the hospital for the rest of the amount.
