Dear Family and Friends,

As you may know, John (Dad) recently had triple bypass surgery, and afterwards, he experienced major complications which caused a major heart attack. John has not had any brain activity from that point on, and we will be removing all machines once all family members get here.

This obviously was not expected, and we thought he was going to be okay after the doctors said the surgery went so well.

We have a lot ahead of us and are trying to wrap our heads around it all. We have started this GoFundMe to ask family and friends to help with the costs associated with this process, as unfortunately, John did not have a life insurance plan or funds set aside for this, and he was the sole provider for his wife Karen.
