Assist Joel Wind Fox with health and stability after crisis

I am Joel Wind Fox and I could really use some help. This has been an extraordinarily rough year - survived the hurricane in WNC in September, then had pneumonia for three months after that, then I was in the hospital for Congestive heart failure and kidney failure for a while, lost my tea business I'd been a part of for over a decade, and now I am struggling harder than ever before plus starting to lose vision in my "good" eye (other when has been blind since I was in my twenties). I have also run Wind Fox Herbal for many years, where I've done my best to offer assistance with herbal medicine - and which I'm hoping to continue to do, once I can figure out a path forward. Anyway, if you knew me, you'd know that I would not ask for help unless things were desperate - and they most certainly are. I'm just hoping I can find a future for my family and I.
