Con gran tristeza le comunicamos del fallecimiento de Joel Cortés el 11 de mayo de 2025.

Joel fue un excelente y dedicado esposo y padre, que amaba a su familia y amigos, una persona increíble y muy alegre, que dejó una huella positiva en la vida de muchas personas. El era un apasionado de su profesión, talento que compartió trabajando incansablemente para asegurar el bienestar de su familia. También nos hizo valorar la importancia del trabajo duro, la perseverancia y la amabilidad, al mismo tiempo que se fueron creando grandes recuerdos. ¡Lo extrañaremos mucho!

Es difícil observar cómo la vida da un giro imprevisto y cambia las cosas tan rápidamente, trayendo consigo un dolor inesperado. El está en nuestros pensamientos y nuestras oraciones están con él y su familia.

Saber que ahora está con el SEÑOR nos reconforta, pero también nos llena de tristeza, ya que era inmensamente amado por su familia, sus amigos y la comunidad de la que formaba parte.

Desde el instante en que nacemos, sabemos que llegará el momento en que tendremos que aceptar nuestra mortalidad y partir. Y aunque no le pedimos al SEÑOR que nos dé más de lo que podemos soportar, y sin conocer Su plan, empezamos a preguntarnos por qué llega ese momento cuando no lo deseamos, o cuando creemos que no es el momento adecuado.

Pedimos al SEÑOR que bendiga su alma y le de fortaleza a su familia.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joel Cortés on May 11th, 2025.

Joel was an excellent and dedicated husband and father, who loved his family and friends, an incredible and very joyful person, who made such a positive impact in so many people’s lives. He was passionate about his profession, a talent he shared by working tirelessly to ensure the well-being of his family. He also made us value the importance of hard work, perseverance, and kindness, while great memories were created. ¡He will be greatly missed!

It's difficult to observe how life takes an unforeseen turn and changes things so quickly, bringing with it unexpected grief. He is in our thoughts, and our prayers are with him and his family.

Knowing that he is now with the LORD comfort us, but it also fills us with sadness, for he was immensely loved by his family, his friends, and the community he was part of.

From the moment we are born, we know that the time will come when we will have to reconcile with our mortality and depart. And although we don't ask the LORD to give us more than we can bear, and without knowing His plan, we begin to wonder why that moment comes when we don't desire it, or as we believe, it's the wrong time.

We pray that Joel's soul may rest in peace and be blessed, and that the LORD may bring strength to his family.
