Our brother was Joseph Granger. He was with his partner Beth for 22 years. Even though they never married, they made a life together. Joe leaves behind Beth and 3 daughters, the youngest being only 13 years old. He also leaves a granddaughter and his sisters. He precedes his mother in death. His partner is going to need a lot of support during this time as well as his daughters. We are asking for donations to help with the cost of his funeral.
We'll be having a service for him on November 15, 2025 at 1 pm at the PlayStation in Bridgeport, MI

2 men killed in Kochville Twp. crash

The Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the area of Lawndale Road and Kochville Road on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 12:53 a.m.

When deputies arrived, one of the drivers, a 49-year-old man, was found dead on the side of the road. Another man, a 42-year-old, was taken to a local hospital where the sheriff’s office said he died.

A Saginaw man was killed and an Alma man later died from his injuries following a crash in Kochville Township. (WNEM)

Investigators said a silver GMC Yukon, driven by the Saginaw man, was pulling a single axle trailer and had stopped in the road on Lawndale Road just south of Kochville Road. The sheriff’s office believes the driver was standing outside of the car. A red Dodge Ram, driven by the Alma man, was traveling south on Lawndale Road when the sheriff’s office said it struck the trailer, the Yukon, and the other man, causing significant damage.

The sheriff’s office said the Saginaw man has been identified as Joseph Granger. The identity of the Alma man has not been released.

Investigators are still looking into why the GMC was stopped in the road.
