My name is Jay and I recently got diagnosed with osteoarthritis, making it difficult to walk. My pain has only been increasing as the years go by, and it took quite a few appointments for them to even properly diagnose me. During that time, I haven't been able to work and I've been trying to get literally any assistance while focusing on my health to hopefully either make it hurt less to where I would be able to work or to prove that I am disabled enough for SSI.

However, I still need to pay rent. I am far behind on it and have been told if I cannot pay or have a plan of payment by the end of the month, I will be evicted. It is difficult enough for me to take care of myself with proper housing, I can't imagine how hard it will take a toll on my health being evicted. Anything that you are able to help with would be appreciated and I will forever be grateful.
