It’s with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news that our cousin, Javan Christian, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident on October 15th in Las Vegas, NV. He passed away at the scene, leaving our family in deep shock and grief.

To me, Javan was my silly, protective older cousin with a contagious laugh. This sudden and heartbreaking loss has left an unimaginable void in our family — especially for his mother and sister, who are now facing not only this emotional pain but also unexpected financial burdens in the aftermath of his passing.

Because this tragedy was so sudden, there were no life insurance plans or savings in place to cover funeral and burial costs. We are reaching out to friends, family, and our community for any support — no matter how small — to help his mother and sister give Javan the dignified farewell he deserves and to help them navigate the difficult days ahead.
