Assist Jason and Adrienne with unexpected medical emergency

UPDATE* Jason was able to avoid surgery at this time and was released last night from the hospital to continue recovery at home!! He incurred major medical bills as we had to go to the ER which massively increases costs, he spent 4 days in the hospital and almost 3 weeks of wage loss over the last month because he was getting sick and we didn't know it was this serious... so thank you for your help!!! I can't thank you enough and pray he continues to heal at home and hopefully avoid future surgery entirely❤️ we're exhausted but so grateful he was able to avoid surgery at this time!! He needs to follow up with a surgeon and gastrointestinal doctor to make sure everything continues to heal the perforation at home and does not regress. love y'all!

Hello friends and family❤️I've always dreaded feeling like I would ever have to do a GoFundMe. However, the bottom line is we're dealing with a sudden financial situation due to an unexpected severe health emergency today with Jason. I am in tears writing this as I love him so much and it is very scary as this literally hit him out of nowhere.

Jason was diagnosed with a perforation in his colon today. Doctor said he will need possibly up to several months off of work to recover from the emergency surgery. This type of issue is so severe because of the possibility that he could get sepsis if his colon fully ruptures.

Jason is a hard-working electrician and has some of the best work ethic I've ever witnessed. He also has one of the most generous and loving hearts to anyone who needs him and he would give anyone the shirt off his back. That's just who he is.

In the past few years, we have faced many hurdles like me being now legally disabled unable to work at all due a drunk driver almost killing me on I-4 which many of you know. I went through spine surgery last year but have not had any pain relief and I am in severe pain every single day. Every month, my pain management treatments costs hundreds of dollars that he pays for so I don't have to be on dangerous opiods. We also have our basic monthly expenses to cover as he will have to be off of work recovering from surgery and he will also obviously have extensive medical bills.

I feel so embarrassed even doing a GoFundMe but we don't really have a choice. It's very hard for us to even ask as that's not our nature. Anything you are able to give, we would greatly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. I would also appreciate your prayers for strength and healing as he and I are both scared and sad about this sudden event.
