Assist Jane and Her Daughter's New Beginning

My name is Jane, and I am trying to raise money to help me and my 6-year-old autistic daughter start over. I'm about to go through what looks to be a nasty divorce. I work full-time (but just got moved down to part-time which wasn't my choice, and financially I am really struggling) but don't bring in enough money for us at this time, not with having to purchase things to start over and the cost of an attorney and court.

I'm about to start full-time online College classes as well, starting January 13th, 2025. I do have an apartment set up, but it's not due to be ready until almost mid-February. For the time being, we are staying in a shelter, something I never wanted for me or my daughter. It's something I am embarrassed about, but I had to do it.

I just really need some help to get back on my feet and get a steady footing. Be able to pay for a good attorney and get things we may need for our new home. Right now I can't access my own home, due to being completely locked out. Garage won't open front and back door locks are locked and changed. My husband always controlled everything with finances, to what we would go and do, so even if I take money, he considers it to be stealing from him, which is unfair since it was a joint account (which is now closed completely).

I'm not asking for a lot. Any little bit helps. I just can't do it alone, and I don't have many friends (those that talk to me anyways), and I don't have a lot of family. We just need any kind of help. It's greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
