Our sweet Jacob went to be with The Lord on Sunday, July 28th, 2024. He was a beautiful child and loved by many. Despite the challenges of his rare Sanfilippo diagnosis, Jacob was always a fighter and was able to make it to the age of 14. We will always remember his laughter and smiles.
