Hello friends! This is an urgent community outreach request from your friends Ivory and Geneva!

To start off; good news - Ivory was able to secure a job in the area! However, bad news - it does not start until September 2nd. So until then, we are still unhoused and stranded in New Jersey. Since the car accident we had on June 18th happened here, while we were relocating from unsafe and insecure housing in GA, we have been in physical therapy and must remain in the area for that. MRI and X-Rays showed both of our necks are out of alignment, and we are both experiencing severe back, shoulder, and hip pain. Geneva had both shoulders separated and got the worst of the accident. This, alongside the eventual court date to sue the commercial company that owns the sprinter van that rear ended us, is what’s keeping us stuck here. Since we are residents of GA, we are unable to secure housing through state resources at the moment. We’re asking for your help raising $10,000 to get back on our feet and get secure housing, secure our vehicle, and secure our physical and mental health!!!

We are both disabled, queer, and Black. Ivory being an aspiring Actor, Writer, and Director. Geneva being an aspiring Architectural Designer, we just want to make our dreams come true and have a fair shot at carving that for ourselves. So today, we are asking our community to come together for us to help us get back on our feet again. Any donation counts, no matter how big or small.
