Assist in Restoring Kevin and Bess's Lives

This is a GoFundMe set up for Kevin Kennedy and his mother Bess. During the tragic hurricane Helene, they unfortunately lost everything. 4-6 feet of storm surge water, sewage, and debris flowed through the houses and inundated it all. Everything is absolutely ruined: refrigerators, all appliances, damage to air conditioners, all of the furniture, all personal items, kitchen cabinets, everything in garages, all of their photos and memories, and so much more. Unfortunately, this will result in them being without a home because their homes are uninhabitable and will be for some time.

Kevin is very well known on the Redington beaches. He has worked for over 35 years tending to the cabanas. Anyone who knows Kevin knows how genuine his heart is. He has many customers from all over the country and even all over the world who have all become friends and are treated like family and revisit on a regular basis.

Kevin's livelihood is at serious risk because of the extensive damage caused to the beach, beachfront properties, and all of the equipment. It is unknown how long it will take to restore the properties, the beach, and all of the equipment. It could be as little as several months and up to years. The insecurity to the business has unfortunately left him without work and a home.
