Fourth Update: Please help me through this crisis

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Asking for help is hard but as my therapist and closest friends have said that people won't know that you are suffering if you don't tell them. So, I am asking for your help.

My life has been filled with unfortunate events (car accidents, me landing in the hospital, long recovery, etc.) My 23-year old car "Kermit" was totaled in the last accident. Since I do not have medical insurance the costs have been astronomical. My most recent hospital stay was for four days. Leaving the hospital having to take myriad of medications has left me emotionally and financially drained. One medication alone is over $500 a month. It took a while but thankfully, I was finally able to get some assistance for that medication.

I had an emergency fund to cover basic things like rent, cat food, food, prescriptions, phone, internet, that has now been completely depleted. I am currently not working. I am without transportation and there is no public transportation where I live. I am looking for a work-from-home position as I am still dealing with physical mobility problems from the last accident.

If you are able to help me know that it would mean the world to me. I will be able to pay my rent, cat food, utilities and medical expenses.
