Assist in Honoring a Life of Generosity and Love

On behalf of my sister, I'm humbly asking for your help to cover my brother-in-law's funeral expenses. I know that often people tend to embellish someone's life when they go to Heaven, but in the case of my brother-in-law, anything I say would actually come short as to the kind, generous, and godly man he truly was. Even when afflicted with Parkinson's during the last 15 years of his life, he wasn't one to complain nor ever wanted to be a burden. Instead he used his bright mind and whatever skills he still had to help those he saw in need. Although not materially rich, he sure was wealthy in priceless and intangible ways and strived to provide for his family and share whatever he had with anyone in need. Sadly, he lost his cherished first wife to a sudden illness. It would take him over a decade for his heart to properly heal and find love once again in my sister, who a few years before had also gone through the pain of losing her own beloved husband. Together they complemented each other and enjoyed almost 21 years of a loving marriage. He lovingly took into his heart and home, my sister's two daughters and provided the fatherly guidance and care they longed for after their dad's untimely death.

My sister doted on my brother-in-law during his illness, refusing to leave his side, except for attending work. Sadly, she's left to handle the entre cost of his funeral.
