Assist in Healing from Major Car Accident Injuries

Hello. I am the type of person that hates to ask anyone for help, but I really need it this time! I was in a bad car accident Sunday night. I fractured my back in 3 places, my right eye socket and my sternum. My back required surgery and I also got a fun helicopter ride out of the deal. I have been in the trauma ICU for 5 days. My medical bills from all of this are going to be astronomical as I don’t have insurance right now. I also have no idea when I will be able to return to work. If anyone can help, even just a little, I would be very grateful.
