I know this has dragged on way too long, and you have all been so amazing and generous. The surgery went well, and so far, all is going as planned. Did not take into account all the recovery and home health care I will need to get back home. Cancer has taken everything from me except our house, and that's gotten sketchy a few times. I'm at a loss, really. I put on a good front, but I honestly didn't expect to make it this far. We are so damn close, if y'all can just hit me with all the prayers and good vibes. I need every one of them. I was initially told 30 to 45 days, which means I miss Madison's birthday! She has had to see a lot of pain in her young life, but she has had my back since day one. So that is not an option. I'm busting my ass, just need a little help to get there. I honestly feel like a total loser doing this, but we might just pull this off, and I'm not gonna let my pride be my downfall any more than I already have.
