Assist in Erwin's Journey Home for Burial

Hello, my name is DeWayne Dabney, and my brother is Erwin Dabney. He was visiting the Philippines roughly 8 weeks ago, and it's not for certain what bit him, but his leg became infected and had a parasite. He tried to get to the hospital, but over there, the hospital is Ala carte, and you must prepay. Also, you will not be admitted unless you have someone to sit there with you 24/7 (no exaggeration). Now, he tried to catch a flight back to the United States, but Eva airlines wouldn't let him board, on the pretense that he needed a physical first. Now, by the time he was able to get the physical and another reservation, his health had failed him, and then his landlord saw how bad he was and took him to the hospital and stayed with him.
They had him in a regular room which was $9.00 a day and ICU was a little over $36.00 a day. On top of that, the antibiotics they had him on were not strong enough, so sepsis set in (blood poisoning), by Sunday, and his organs started shutting down. Monday morning at 2:40 am our time, he passed away. Now, they have no refrigeration at the hospitals, and it took two days and a little money to get him to a funeral home. Now during those two days, and even now, the State Department here, and the US EMBASSY in Manila have been giving us the runaround.
So, I am trying to bring my brother home so we can give him a proper burial.
This whole ordeal has been very overwhelming. Thank you for your time and efforts.
