Assist in Bridging the Gap to SSI Approval

After a year and 3 months still waiting to hear from SSI /Disability . Was cheated out of my renal assistant from the state so I'm 3 months behind on rent. Also I'm behind on my utilities, and there are no programs for single people not married and no children. 3 doctors confirmed disability and it's hard for me to work, though I do have a part time job that doesn't make all the rent and bills. Please help if you can, anything helps.
