Good day to you all. My name is Hazel Evangelista. I live here in San Jose, California with my 2 kids, my mom, and my daughter-in-law, who is soon to be a first-time mom. The father of my kids (Arvin Farin Fragada) is in the Philippines and he was hospitalized since June for a perforated peptic ulcer. Exploratory laparoscopy was done twice due to a leak in the first surgery. A third surgery was needed because he became jaundiced due to his gall bladder being infected from peritonitis, and he needs to have a biliary drain for 2-3 months. His body is giving up so they intubated him and transferred him to ICU due to septic shock. He developed acute kidney disease because of poor perfusion of his vital organs and needs dialysis.
