Help Grayson Marshall Recover from Emergency Open Heart Surgery

Grayson recently underwent an emergency open heart surgery due to a life-threatening Type A aortic dissection with a 7 cm aneurysm. This is one of the most complex and challenging surgeries a human can endure, and though he is grateful to be alive, the road to recovery is long and difficult.

The past few weeks have been overwhelming. Friends and family have been his rock during this time, and they’ve encouraged us to reach out for support as he navigate the next 6 months of recovery. He is not done yet as he will be under going another surgery to repair the Type B dissection leading from his abdomen to his pelvic. The physical toll of the surgery, along with the financial strain of medical bills and the inability to work during this period, has put strain on everyday living, a need for daily everyday tasks and a move will have to be made to be able to sustain the expenses.
