My mom had a heart condition that caused her a thrombosis in her heart and 2 strokes. Unfortunately her heart was to weak and doctors said unfortunately there is nothing else to do. We have her in home hospice and we are doing our best for less painful and peaceful transition. Meanwhile we will like to be prepared for the inevitable and that’s why we are asking for donations to help with her final resting wishes.
