Assist Foster Daughter in Time of Grief

Our foster daughter's mom passed away unexpectedly and wasn't financially prepared. We would appreciate any help anyone can provide. Our foster daughter is on a very fixed income and her mother was widowed. She was also on disability with no life insurance. We would like to thank you in advance.
