Hi All, I recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award for my many years of volunteer work for Democrats in Eastern Virginia. I was also recognized by Senator Aaron Rouse in the General Assembly for my 40 years of clinical work with trauma survivors. However, I am owed $25,000 by a company that I’m positive will never pay me. I’ve tried everything to get my money to no avail. I have no savings left.

I have cataract surgery on 2/27 and many bills for necessities (electric, water, car loan, sewer, debt consolidation and IRS, eye surgeon, health insurance, etc.) I am grateful for any help, even $5.

I’ll be 77 on March 8—International Women’s Day, which holiday will probably be canceled by the government. Oh well, there’s no canceling my birthday! I hope to pay everyone back when my situation changes. I’m embarrassed to ask for help, and it’s been a humiliating experience. Thanks for reading this.
