I wanted to thank all of you for helping us out during this horrible time/events that have plagued us this past year. Everyone who has been helping out contributing to us is truly blessed (I have many dreams about those who are helping us and others. I know I have changed the $goal amount because things keep popping up to thwart our efforts. ) I have started applying for disability and other state help for myself and Chris and we at least have help with food and waiting for emergency assistance for heating fuel.). But I still must continue because I still have not

had enough to fix,, register, and insure my car

. Without it I cannot fix unemployment issues. MY name is Eric Hard and I am 60 years old. I have always held a good job until about 3 years ago when I fell ill with several things that required several surgeries. I took in my retired cousin a few years ago who cannot work and gets little ss. Every one in my family has died within the last few years and when my father died I moved most of his belongings into the little house i now rent. Recently I have had use all of my savings and two401k's to keep us alive and with a place to live. In the past year we have had one tragedy after another including getting laid off on a part time job after 4 months that I had to walk to. It seems that I am not healed enough yet and my car needs a new alternator. I have to use a free ride assistance to even get to the food shelf when they are able ( local food shelf only open on Wednesday). To top it off, I had to put my dog asleep last week. She was 16 and my best friend/emotional support. I am alone now. I had to use rent money to pay for it and I was already behind. The electric bill is also behind and they threatened to cut cut us off every month. The rent is also a month and 1/2 past due and are also threatening to evict us if we continue to be late. We are both good and friendly people who have never been so desperate as we are now. I am trying this week to see about disability but am not confident.I am also seeking to get back to work if that's even at all possible. There is nobody to help us and nowhere we can go. IN ALL HUMILITY AND HONESTY, I am begging all who can to please help us out. We pray everyday, all day, for any help anyone can please give us. God bless you all, Eric Hard.
