I'm Gayland Bockhahn, Regional Imaging Services Manager for Providence Health in Oregon. I am reaching out today to ask for assistance for one of our local Caregivers and his family. A tragic plane crash in Fairview, OR Saturday August 31st and the resulting debris impact, fire, and firefighting efforts severely damaged the family's home.

Fortunately, the Murff family, expecting their first child in December, were visiting relatives and were not at home at the time of the incident. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing investigation, the family is not able to return to their home to assess the extent of their loss. They were informed by NTSB and the FBI the structure sustained significant damage. The investigation may take up to a year to complete.

I respectfully request assistance to help cover the costs of the family's displacement, clothing and food to ease their way while they wait for their insurance company to assess the damage and provide long term assistance.
