Assist disabled friends with financial hardship

I've been awaiting the end of a disability case that's been nearly 3 years, and while my friend is neurodivergent too, because they are not also physically disabled, like me, they have been taking care of us. It's been incredibly grueling and stressful. I've tried working a cashiering job, but just leaving the apartment puts my body and mind in an incredible amount of physical and mental pain. On top of that, there seems to constantly be something wrong with me being denied funds through Medicaid due to a change in policy (which had been helping us with rent) or losing EBT. We're at a loss. There isn't any sort of financial help that we could get while I wait for my case to finally be seen. Any amount of assistance or resharing can help.
