Assist Dilan in Getting Back on Track

Hello, I am Dilan Torres, a grad student at UCLA. I am doing a master's in Drawing/Painting and moved to Los Angeles in 2024 from Mexico (specifically Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua). The theft of my vehicle recently impacted me. I can't place a report and my insurance did not cover theft; therefore I am stranded in a sprawling city. Though I have a teaching assistant position this will not suffice when it comes to affording a new vehicle and I could use some help with the economic aspect of this problem. I love telling stories with my work, and I also love to teach, but my performance as an artist and teaching assistant will significantly decrease without an effective mode of transportation.
