I am part of the care team for Darryl Wallace. He was diagnosed with a hip fracture in March of this year, but continued to work as a house keeper full time despite excruciating pain. He continued to work full time, hoping that he could postpone surgery until November when he had been employed for a full year and had accrued sick leave/paid time off . He is now incapacitated from working and will have surgery on 7/7/25. Unfortunately he will not be employed for a few months during recovery and therefore will have no income.
