Recently, my dad suffered a heart attack and had to undergo emergency coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG). While we’re incredibly grateful he made it through, the road to recovery will be long and challenging. He’ll need ongoing care, medications, and follow-up treatments — all of which come with overwhelming medical expenses.
