On the early morning of November 1, 2025, Christopher Lee was struck head-on by a driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-77. He was taken to Atrium Main and admitted with multiple injuries. He has a broken right hand, broken right ankle, broken left elbow, broken sternum, a compression fracture in his lower spine, and his colon was injured in two places. He has already gone through over 18 hours of surgery to repair his injuries. It will be a long road to recovery and he will be unable to work during this time. While the medical bills should be handled by insurance, it's the smaller things that are putting a strain on us. I am also not working until we get in a more stable place. We are asking for help to cover some of the day-to-day things, gas going back and forth to the hospital, and food while we sit with Chris. We also could use assistance with repairs to Tyler's car, which someone attempted to steal the night of Chris' accident.
