My name is chaunte Monique I am 43 years old and I live in California . I have been an educator for ten years teaching in the public school systems and I give back in my community every chance I get . Recently I have been diagnosed with a cancer mutation gene called BRCA 2. BRCA 2 gives me a 95% chance of developing female cancer. Last year I had to have a full hysterectomy due to me having pre cancerous cells from the BRCA 2. I recovered , healed and was getting my quality of life back when I was hit with the pre cancerous cells in my breast . That have now formed into stage zero cancer (DCIS) which forms in the nipple area. My left breast has a sense of density in it. Upon countless doctors appointments and second and third opinions, we have decided it’s best I have a double mastectomy (removal of both breast). My surgery is scheduled for October 13,2025 and I will have to hault my life to be able to heal and recover. It’s just me, and I’m asking for help . I know God will never put more on me than I can bare and I am not a person that ask for help. I’m normally the person that is doing the helping . God forsure is a healer and I know him to be a provider as well! Please if you feel it in your heart to donate please do so and if you can’t please lift my name up in prayer . Thank you in advance.
UPDATE :
Monday the 13th I underwent a 4 hour surgery to remove both of my breast. Now I am on my way to recovery. This type of pain I’m experiencing is no joke and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. My God is good and I know he makes no mistakes either out lives. I will keep you all updated during this recovery … thank you all in advance
SECOND UPDATE:
I am well into my recovery, thanking God for seeing me through . Unfortunately when God is in the blessing business the devil tries to kill,steal, and destroy. Now my insurance is only covering half of my procedure and I am responsible for the other half. I have made payment arrangements with them to pay 300 a month for the next ten years .
