I am a friend of Chase Walker. After experiencing a debilitating accident years ago, which left him disabled, Chase went home with his father, who lovingly nursed Chase back from a near-death experience and helped him regain his strength. Never fully recovered and permanently disabled, Chase remained with his father and later became his caregiver until his father's recent passing. Like father helped son, and son helped father, it’s our opportunity to help Chase.

Chase has faced adversity head-on and never wavered. He needs our help now to meet the mortgage and household bills until the estate is settled and the house can be sold or other arrangements made. Kim Walker passed away Saturday September 13, 2025 after a long battle with heart, liver and kidney issues. He was preceded in death by his sons Lane Walston Walker, Bo Patrick Walker; parents Pat and ZoeAnn Walker; sister Malissa; brother Howard Walker and survived by son Chase Walker. Kim graduated from Sunset High in 1973 where he played multiple sports including swimming, shot put and football. As a gifted athlete, Kim later became an avid tennis player competing in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. Kim’s tennis prowess lead him to compete in DFW leagues as well as national tournaments. He even found time to enjoy leisurely games of golf. Kim was owner and operator of One Hour Martinizing in Cedar Hill for over 25 years. He never met a stranger and loved life and socializing. Kim was a giving and caring dad. He will always be in our hearts and GREATLY missed.
