Hello, my name is Chad Hoover. I'm born & raised in Bowling Green Ohio. I got released from prison in the state of Ohio this very month of Oct. I have a roof over my head, a pillow to rest my head on, and food to eat. But I might not get my Nov. food stamps due to waiting on my identification clearance to clear & the Federal Government Shutdown. I'm trying my best to join again civil society, but I've had to reach out to Ohio Guidestone, Wood County J&FS, and Great Lakes Community Action for help with food, clothes, internet bill, gas, and heat bill. What I'm asking for is cell phone and mortgage assistance for Nov., Dec., and Jan. I've found it somewhat difficult to get back to work based on my long-term incarceration and single-sided deafness from brain surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in 2013.

It shouldn't take long to get back up on my feet, and I can give updates from time to time. But any and all help would be great. Thank you!
