Assist Carmen with Luna's Cremation Costs

My name is Carmen. If you know me, then you would know my dogs were my life.

I normally am not a person to ask for help but am the first to offer it. I am seeking help to cover the cost of my sweet girls cremation and have her returned to me.

On November 23rd 2024, My sweet girl Luna started showing signs of a urinary tract infection (Uti). I called her vet to see if they could squeeze her but they were unable to and we made an appointment for the following Monday. They did advise that if she began show change in behavior to take her in to see an emergency Vet. in the meantime since were still getting urine to keep an eye on her.

On November 24th 2024 at 3:00 am Luna began to shake which is her sign when she wants to go out, i took her out and noticed that she wasn't having any urine output. Because she was shaking clearly in pain i rushed her to the emergency Vet Point East in Fayetteville. there they confirmed that she has a blockage, and they are pretty sure it was a stone. I applied for all the pet financing places the advised me to and i wasn't approved. the surgery was estimated at 3000-4000. this vet did not offer payment plans. I was made aware that she needed surgery fast. so i sprung into action and reached out to pet funds, and even to an emergency vet an hour away that offers payment plans up to 5000. There they confirmed not just one stone but many and she needed surgery right away. The staff was amazing by the way. they tried everything even offering the military discount. Despite everything Financially i wasn't able to afford the down payment, Luna was already suffering, and the vet gave me all the information i need to make an informed decision. I was unable to have the surgery but more unable to put her through more surgeries in the future because it was something that would be reoccurring due to genetics.

Luna was put on to her rainbow bridge. My sweet girl im sure has been reunited with her human brother Kal-El and her fur brother Arkham Knight. I thank anyone and everyone in advance. Even if you are not able to donate, please consider sharing the link.
