Assist Candie and Elizabeth After Their Loss

Hello,

We are Candie and Elizabeth Campbell, the daughter and granddaughter, of Charles and Aileen Doty. Our parents/grandparents passed away within three weeks of each other. Charles Doty passed on June 20th, 2025 and Aileen Doty passed on July 7th, 2025. When Charles became ill in early June, it was decided that we would move into their family home to care for them. After Charles passed unexpectedly, Aileen asked us to go forward with our plan to move into the family home to assist her with the monthly bills and care for her. However, she passed four days after we finished moving.

Due to the passing of them both in such a short time frame, their wills are subject to probate through the court system. This unforeseen set of circumstances leaves us in dire straits. Even with our combined incomes, we find ourselves unable to meet the monthly monetary requirements to stay in the home. At the same time, the cost of the move into the home leaves us unable to move out at this time. We hope to stay in the home until all aspects of their wills are satisfied.

It is with great humility that we must ask for help from our family, friends, and community. We are hoping to raise at least $18,000 to keep us here for at least a year.
