Help Bri and Ben Recover from Toxic Mold Infestation

Hey friends, it’s Bri. We are humbly asking for your help.

In January of 2022, I started experiencing some incredibly difficult health issues that never really subsided, but turned into more and more problems. A couple months ago, we did a test that found out I had 3 types of toxic mold running around in my body and bloodstream, as well as a damaged liver, immune system, reproductive system, and metabolism all due to mold. After doing testing on our home, we found out that our home was riddled with the very mold and mycotoxins that were making me sick. While relieved to finally have answers, that was the easy part.

Due to finding black mold in our air ducts and crawl space, we have had to get rid of furniture and belongings in the home that we found were growing mold… Which was a lot. An entire dumpster full actually. Our couches, all our food, tables, chairs, and various other items in the house, all just gone. We thought we were in the clear and could file through our insurance to get reimbursement, but that was unfortunately not the case. They denied our claim, leaving us with thousands of dollars worth of items in the garbage, an empty home, and no way to replace things without getting into a financial hole.

As hard as this is to even ask, we are reaching out to friends and family for some help with funds to replace everything that we have lost. We are so thankful we have a home to live in and wonderful landlords who are remediating the issue, but replacing an entire dumpster full of belongings and furniture will not be cheap. We would appreciate the help, whether that be through donating or sharing this campaign. It would mean the world.

We really appreciate everyone for reaching out and loving on us during this weird process. We love you all and know that God has us in the palm of His hands.
