Assist Barbara Heid's Family in Time of Need

Hello everyone, this page is dedicated to assisting Barbara Heid.

*UPDATE*

It's with heavy hearts having to say this, but sadly Barbara passed away last night. We are now in the process of trying to figure out Financials in order cover the costs involving one of Barbara's final wishes of cremation.

Barbara was a Unit secretary for Kimball Medical Center for over 20+ years and was a hard worker until she was injured. She's an avid supporter to the local bands and music groups of southern New Jersey. She would go out and support the bands with her past partner Roy, but in the recent years had to step away from the music scene and focus more on her health. In the past year her daughter (Jessica Heid) and soon to be son-in-law (Joseph Rios) helped her move from A.C. to Toms River to help increase and better her mother's quality of life along with being closer to her grandchildren. Unfortunately Barbara's health had progressively gotten worse. She was admitted on Christmas Eve this past year and has been in End Stages of COPD along with having Emergency Surgery involving internal intestinal issues. Prior to being admitted into the hospital, Barbara, Jessica, Larry and Joseph have been trying to get coverage for her just incase her health worsens but to no avail. We all are hoping that Barbara pulls through this health crisis but in the meantime we're asking everyone who knows Barbara and her children if they could find it in their hearts to help assist Jessica's family to help cover medical and daily expenses amidst this time of need. None of us want to ever think of the worst case scenario but if this happens to come to fruition, Barbara sadly does not have any insurance policies implemented which makes the next steps uncovered, and an out of pocket unexpected expense.
