Help Ashley Griffith Complete Her MBA Journey

Hello, my name is Ashley Griffith, and I am proud to be the only Barbadian student currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics at Saint Leo University in Florida. I’m reaching out with humility and hope, asking for your support as I work toward completing my dream.

Since earning my Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned organizations like Walt Disney World Resorts and several Marriott properties, experiences that have shaped my passion for service, leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

With a strong desire to grow and contribute meaningfully to my field, I returned to school and was honored to be selected as a Graduate Assistant. This role has been a blessing, allowing me to receive tuition remission for my MBA studies. However, as an international student, I face unique financial challenges, particularly with room and board, health insurance, and daily living expenses.

Despite working hard and budgeting wisely, the rising costs and limited work options available to international students in the U.S. have made it difficult to stay afloat. I’m doing everything I can, but with only two semesters left before graduation in May 2026, I’m in need of help to cross the finish line.
