Assist Amy in Overcoming Financial Hardship

My name is Amy, and back in October, I was on my way to work and had a driver run a red light, sending my vehicle spinning with me and my dog inside. My vehicle was a total loss.

During this time, I also had an extensive shoulder surgery that has left me physically unable to work and financially strained due to medical costs, no vehicle, and no income. I am doing well in physical therapy and in my recovery. I am eager to get back to work. Struggling to maintain my rent, groceries, and bills until I can return to work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
